the overall brand management and strategy, including developing and implementing both short and long-term creative marketing strategies.
Creating product strategies and schedules to develop the focused product awareness.
Managing sales and relationships with existing clients to build and secure long-term loyalty and revenue as well as after-sales contact.
Forecasting and planning demand to ensure adequate product availability.
Creating the seasonal marketing strategy and schedules.
Utilizing digital advertising (SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Display, Social) to increase brand awareness, traffic, online conversion and margin whether that be to the brick-and-mortar resellers or online store.
PR will also be part of your remit.
Managing sponsorship and partnerships with pilots or events.
Managing relationships with external vendors and internal departments including Design, Graphic and Operations/Logistics teams to ensuring brand alignment and a great customer experience.
Analyzing the effectiveness of the activities and quickly come up with relevant action plans when needed, developing reports for each activity.
Conceiving and implementing marketing strategies for new markets.
Reporting responsibilities for each activity.
achelor’s degree in marketing or higher degreeMinimum 2 years’ experience in marketing within retail or bag/apparel industry.
xperience of working as a part of a multinational team, working with different culturesGreat communicator and inspiring leadership and excellent relationshipExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to tight deadlinesAble to process information quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to quickly and efficiently adapt in dynamic and changing environmentsGood at solving problems, constantly seeks to resolve challenges facedExcellent fluency in English B2 or better.
Fluency in French and Spanish would be an advantage but not a requirement,
