hat You Will DoReporting to the Billing Team Leader of the Group, you would be in charge of a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues.
You will handle the monthly Billing Cycle with the Team.
To do that, you will have to manage various topics.
enerate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts.
enerate credit notes and deal with clients and internal departments requirements.
nvestigate billing issues as request.
eliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services.
dentify inconsistencies.
end delinquent accounts to the collections department.
rite thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
hallenge current way of working, identify process inefficiencies and focus on continuous improvement.

rior experience as a Billing Agent.

roficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.
