Big Pharma, Impact Leader (commercial/product) - €75k-€85kIndustry: AI software for Pharma, start-up - heavily backed by a global investorWorkplace: Hybrid - 2 days per weekOffices: BarcelonaHas Big Pharma been a client of yours and do you understand how the juggernaut's work on a commercial/business-level?Do you have a passion/interest for Tech / AI and see how it can help improve Healthcare?Are you a people-person and someone who can work in an start-up, nimble environment?If so, this could be your lucky day!!*You will have Big Pharma commercial market knowledge and tech know-how, with the ability to navigate your way through sales/finance/commercial-side of Big Pharma, whilst also understanding the business goal of why you're actually helping implement the tech, in this case, Artificial Intelligence.You'll be joining a fast-paced, Agile, start-up environment, where there won't be a whole load of processes, which some will find difficult and others will thrive in....we hope you're the latter!A few nice to have's below:Take charge and take ownership of modulesIntellectually drive the Product, having your own ideas and challenge customers on what they need vs what they wantGreat energy and positivityBeing hands-on technical is advantageous, but not essentialMust have strong Business acumen - Strategy, customer management - R&D, compliance, governanceIntellectually drive the product forward, working closely with the customers, being their 1st point of contact and partnering with them on their journey.Business savvy person who's either worked directly for Big Pharma or via a Consulting firm, who has a genuine interest and understanding of tech.Our client, the AI tech firm, are changing the world of Pharma, their AI is literally flying off the shelf and the leading Pharma's in the market are knocking on their door as nobody else can do what they can.
