We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job descriptionWe are looking for a BESS Technical Development Manager with more than 6 years of experience who will be responsible for providing technical support in analyzing renewable energies opportunities and origination processes, as well as supporting the company closing the financing of their projects.Key Responsabilities:Project Leadership: Lead technical BESS projects and assist in business development.Technical Assessment: Evaluate PV/BESS project solutions and feasibility.Budget Control: Manage project costs and budgets.Solution Proposals: Recommend the best project solutions.Stakeholder engagement: Interfacing with different stakeholders to discuss results and risk mitigation from Enfinity analysis phase.Site Inspections: Visit and inspect project sites.Procedure Development: Create and implement growth-oriented procedures.Due Diligence: Assess renewable energy projects, especially PV, and supervise third-party consultants.Qualifications & Experience:Work experience as developer / engineering consultant in the BESS industry (desirably in the Italian market).Good knowledge of the permitting and planning regulation in greenfield projects. BESS experience desirable.Advanced English & Italian level (both written and oral).Ability to write technical reports in English.Experience in using MS package including MS Project.Other competencies valued:Excellent organizational and time management skills;Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform detail-oriented, critical reviews of technical documentation with critical thinking;Experience of developing proposals, including budgets and technical scopes of work;Strong networker with good interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate and communicate with many different layers and cultures.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
