To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage various tasks on a daily basis to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly.
Keep in mind that our Porter position requires working in shifts, occasionally on weekends or evenings.
If you are able to work well in fast-paced environments, we would like to meet you! Main Responsibilities Carry and label guests’ luggage with tags Ensure building entrance is free of clutter at all times Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room Run errands for guests and employees Fix minor technical issues.
Report damages, call technicians and monitor repairs Reception assistant duties.
Previous work experience as a bellboy / porter / receception assistant Good physical condition, stamina and strength (e.

to lift heavy equipment and luggage).
Active listening and effective communication skills (fluent in English and Spanish) Have a car driving license.
Experience as a receptionist is a plus Attitudes and behaviors related to SIR.
