Your role.
Manage technical documentation, interpreting the parameters and specifications related to the manufacturing process.

Propose the procedure to be used, identifying the equipment, tools and auxiliary means inherent to thedevelopment of the same.
Establish the machining phases and parameters, guaranteeing the required quality, optimizing times and minimizingcosts.
Select the necessary tools and fixtures based on the type of material, the part to be manufactured, the processof machining, the required quality and the availability of the equipment.
dentify the different operations of the process and the main elements of regulation and control of the machines andequipment.

Carry out maintenance operations for the use of machines and equipment.

Carry out the necessary operations for the preparation of machines and equipment for machining, shaping and special procedures:– Placement of cutting or shaping tools and the parts to be machined.– Piece clamping system.– Loading programs.– Placement of protection systems.
Prepare the CNC program or part of it, based on the manufacturing drawing, the technical documentation and the production order.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar Medium level of English – spoken and written.
