Context We are looking for a Spanish speaking BDR team lead who will, besides getting in high quality leads, also act as team lead & mentor the team as we expand within Spain.
We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team with high ambitions - and we cannot wait to welcome you! As a BDR Manager you play an essential part in acquiring new customers and get the team ready for the next level.
You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long-term, excited customers and help the team achieve their target.
Your role You will be responsible for building and leading a commercial team in Spain and growing our local business.
You will be based in Barcelona and report to the General Manager Spain.
