Somos una innovadora startup tecnológica ubicada en Barcelona, especializada en soluciones integrales para la gestión de negocios.
Nuestro software abarca desde la planificación de tareas hasta el seguimiento en tiempo real, facilitando la operativa diaria en diversas áreas.
En plena fase de crecimiento, buscamos un Líder en Desarrollo Frontend que nos ayude a impulsar nuestra visión tecnológica.
Rol y Responsabilidades.
Como líder de nuestro equipo de desarrollo backend, tendrás la responsabilidad de impulsar proyectos clave y asegurar la excelencia en nuestro backend.
No estarás a cargo de un equipo directo, pero serás un referente técnico, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia en el desarrollo.
Desarrollarás y mantendrás sistemas backend escalables y eficientes.
Colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de frontend para garantizar una integración suave y eficiente.
Serás responsable de supervisar la implementación de principios de DDD (Domain-Driven Design) y el desarrollo de servicios basados en eventos.
Habilidades y Requisitos.
Experiencia sólida en TypeScript y MongoDB.
Profundos conocimientos en DDD y diseño basado en eventos.
Experiencia en desarrollo y despliegue de microservicios.
Familiaridad con plataformas de nube como AWS o Google Cloud.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y tomar decisiones informadas.
Adaptabilidad a entornos de desarrollo ágiles y dinámicos.
