Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.The main goal of our future trainer is to bring Gothenburg teams to their peak performance and motivation through training and coaching.If you think you might fit in, then read on!The functions you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:Training of new recruits:- Market procedures- Use of the switchboard and applications in accordance with internal regulations.- Training on the use of the corporate CRM and other IT tools.Training for employees in the Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden):- Coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training processes.- Plan training pills based on the results of the quality survey.- Occasional training on critical issues.- Development and mentoring of e-Learning trainings.- Management of the internal training platforms: preparing, introducing and analysing the results of the courses carried out.As a member of this team (in Madrid or Valencia), you will participate in the following key areas of the business:- You will hold meetings with the different European project managers to align training strategies.- You will collaborate with the quality and data analysis departments to study and propose areas for improvement.- You will meet with market managers to present training plans and evaluate results.We are looking for you if:- You are a graduate in psychology, pedagogy, ADE or similar.- A Master's Degree in Coaching is an advantage.- You have a very high level of English to develop and deliver training in this language.- You have an advanced level of Nordic languages (mainly Danish or Norwegian).- You have at least two years of demonstrable experience in managing, developing and delivering training with large teams.- You are described as empathetic, decisive, proactive and creative.- You are available to work in our offices in Madrid or Valencia.What do we offer?- You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.- You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, interacting with customers, suppliers, consultants and dealers.- MSX Bazaar: Collective purchasing portal with great discounts for employees.- Flexible remuneration plan (medical insurance, transport card, meal card, training...).- 23 working days according to collective agreement + 3 extra days.- Internal training plan.- Additional incentives for employee referral programs, internal trainers, new business opportunities.Do you think you are the ideal person for this position?
