¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RPA developers and automation specialists.
Prioritize and oversee the execution of automation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and define project scopes.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
Provide hands-on support in complex automation design and development when needed.
Guide the integration of AI technologies (e.
., Azure OpenAI) into automation workflows.
Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and performance of automation solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for automation initiatives across departments.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Proven experience in leading RPA/automation teams and delivering enterprise-level automation solutions.
Strong technical background in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere.
Experience with AI/ML integration, particularly using Azure OpenAI or similar platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.
ET, or Java.
Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and data integration methods.
Basic knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizing automation performance metrics Deep understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
RPA certification(s) from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar tools is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and AI/ML tools is a strong advantage.
