Tools like Excel, Power Query, and Power BI are some of the day-to-day tools used in this role. Working directly with Subject Matter Experts in the wider company to develop reports that provide business insights, the Developer has good personal and negotiation skills.Position Purpose:Professional support to different business areas providing automation and useful reporting tools and analysis, by following standardization rules, with the usage of programming languages and databases.Proactive analysis: Present trends, evaluate new opportunities or estimate future results. Built data forecasting and statistical models.Participate in European and Local Business projects.Process improvement focus – Search better results, time improvement and highest accuracy.Main Tasks of this role:Proactively provide analysis in different business areas. Look for potential improvement in reporting and manual work reduction.Create tools to automate reports and manual tasks, with the usage of different programming languages.Work with big data and robust databases.Detect potential deviations over targets and bottlenecks and propose solutions in advance.Active search for accuracy in Reporting, implementing the necessary controls to ensure it.Being able to work in a team with common and individual objectives.Essential QualificationsHigh technical skills in Office (Excel, Access…)Programming Languages (eg. VBA, Python, GitHub, R, Java, etc.)High Knowledge in SQL and Power BI.Familiarity with integrating Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, etc.)Desirable QualificationsOther programming languagesPrevious Project Management experience and related tools (Jira, Lucid spark...)Finance knowledgeExperience required: Previous experience in a similar position for reporting production and development.High level of Excel, SQL, Python, etc.Database management knowledge.International teamwork experience.Organizational abilities.
