Your Journey So Far You bring a solid background in youth programs, with proven experience in leading and managing structured entertainment activities for children and teenagers.
Your expertise ensures a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young guests.
Specifically, you have.
1.
Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting-preferably on board a cruise ship.
2.
Strong ability to engage, communicate, and entertain children and teenagers from diverse backgrounds.
3.
Documented certification to supervise young children (ages 3 and above).
4.
Demonstrated expertise in managing structured entertainment programs, ensuring age-appropriate activities that captivate and educate.
5.
Leadership skills to efficiently coordinate and support a team, ensuring smooth operations and a secure environment for all young guests.
Your Essentials To succeed in this role, you must possess.
1.
Relevant qualifications in child development, education, recreation, or entertainment.
2.
Fluency in English (oral and written) and at least one additional European language.
3.
Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar child-focused environment, ideally on board a cruise ship.
4.
Strong interpersonal and entertainment skills, with the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
5.
Certified ability to supervise young children (ages 3 and above).
6.
Leadership and teamwork skills to manage and support the youth entertainment team.
