As Associate Director – Technical Product Manager for SAC Planning & Analytics, you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital finance solutions that simplify planning across 75+ countries.

If you're ready to influence strategy, champion innovation, and make a real difference in people’s lives—this is your opportunity About the Role Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for SAC Planning & Analytics in alignment with finance strategy Translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and high-performing SAP-based solutions Lead cross-functional teams through requirement gathering, story mapping, and execution Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAC solutions, from design to deployment and maintenance Collaborate with Finance and Digital teams to ensure shared ownership and delivery excellence Develop advanced planning capabilities and data models within SAC for financial insights Ensure compliance with IT governance, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements  Identify and qualify new digital opportunities, driving early-stage ideation and approval Manage iterative releases, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers across business and tech domains Champion continuous improvement and contribute to product and team maturity Minimum Requirements.
University-level education in computer science, information security, or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years in IT, product management, or solution delivery roles At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and Analytics Proven expertise in SAC features including story building, data modeling, and forecasting Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, BPC, and data integration methods Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical product designs Skilled in leading cross-functional teams across engineering and finance domains Familiarity with IT compliance, data security, and enterprise system governance.
Desirable Requirements Experience working with Finance functions such as FP&A, controlling, or cost forecasting Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, Group Reporting, or non-SAP analytics platforms like Power BI or Snowflake.
