ASSOCIATE DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

About the role.
We’re searching for a data-driven Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments looking to affect customer and business outcomes.
This year, Gartner is focusing on innovating benchmark tools that assesses organizations and delivers insights to generate growth.
You would be joining a fast-growing team responsible for reimagining how Gartner captures clients’ data and views through new, innovative customer experiences and delivers industry-leading insights.
What you will do.
Partner in brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving sessions with stakeholders across Gartner to define and implement product concepts, features, and functionality.
Contribute to product roadmap by integrating inputs from multiple channels, including clients and client-facing associates interviews, market research and stakeholder requirements.
Break down client experiences and pain points as articulated into common root causes and underlying needs.
Partner with senior product to identify root causes and underlying needs have the greatest commercial potential for Gartner.
Design innovative solutions for high potential needs which achieve the optimal balance between client value, time to market and development cost.
Champion data-driven prioritization, decision making, analysis within the Benchmarks team.
Serve as product owner and collaborate with a scrum team of engineers and designers.
Design, build, launch and assess MVPs.
Analyze MVP and experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights.
Partner with product leadership to maintain and iterate on data-driven measurement frameworks.
Ensure continued impact and monitor product performance – target segments, product features, key flows, and funnels.
Provide insightful analytics necessary to manage and run the businesses.
What you will need.
1-3 years of combined experience in a management consulting and/or product development, operations roles.
Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo.
Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment Deep curiosity and advocate for exceptional user experiences Experienced working closely with highly user-centric product, design, and engineering organization Passionate commitment to affect both customer and business outcomes.
Experienced in creating positive outcomes within various channels, tools, and teams.
Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle Excellent communication skills for reporting and impacting prioritization.
