Roles & Responsibilities Experience - 3-6 yrs Location - Pune - SP Infocity Working Hours - AM to 8.
PM (April - October) PM to 9.
Pm (October – March) Working Mode - Hybrid Skills - Knowledge on ITIL Process Good Communication skill Unix / Shell Scripting  SQL  Application knowledge  Retail Knowledge Order management  Domain Knowledge – Telecom Power BI Zabbix BMC Remedy        Roles -     Support incident management and service request fulfillment.
Need to follow ITIL process.
Need to support deployment as per Change request.
Defect management.
Reporting and scripting.
Alert Monitoring / Job monitoring.
Supporting timing from AM to 8.
PM.
On-call support will be there out of business hour.
System health check and business test.
