Who you are Responsibilities.
Undertake QA, Process Measurement and Continuous Improvement activities Guide and support Test Architecture functions with the process knowledge and concepts Work closely with project teams to comply with SDLC and STLC processes & deliverables Identify, evaluate and implement latest and greatest tools/assets/ frameworks for end to end test and defect management Work closely with Automation architect to cover end to end implementations of process enhancements and digitalization Keep understanding on latest trends in testing and work towards continuous improvement to make test more effective and efficient Act as the overall Test Design Authority for managed service Responsible for the Quality Assurance function of operating model Essential Minimum 3 years in Test Architecture across the full SDLC (preferably in Telco BSS/OSS environments).
In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience with ISEB Practitioner accreditation (or acceptable equivalent ISTQB Advanced Test Manager).
Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams on-shore and off-shore.
Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder Experience with Test Tools (Microsoft Azure Devops) Strong QA and testing industry knowledge.
