Spain    ABOUT THE ROLE   Pandora is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to coordinate our wholesale operations in Spain.
This key role focuses on expanding our client portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth to strengthen Pandora’s market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Client Development     Identify and approach potential wholesale clients to grow Pandora's footprint in Spain.
Develop strategic plans to target and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion.
Account Management    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor partner performance, offering support and resources to maximize sales.
Address and resolve partner concerns to maintain productive collaborations.
Sales Strategy and Execution     Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on brand messaging and product offerings.
Analyze sales data and market dynamics to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Training and Partner Support     Provide training to wholesale partners on Pandora’s products, brand values, and effective sales techniques.
Host regular workshops and meetings to keep partners engaged and informed.
Reporting and Analysis     Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.
Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
ABOUT YOU   Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the wholesale or retail sectors.
Knowledge of the business environment in airports (AENA), rail networks (ADIF), and/or cruise industries will be valued.
Strong understanding of the Spanish market, including key players and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a solid analytical approach to decision-making.
Comfortable working independently while also excelling in team environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
