The Project! Lead and Coordinate Strategic Maintenance and Refit Projects Across Our Stores, SIS, Offices, and Showrooms – Ensuring Operational Excellence and Brand Consistency What will the role entail? Coordinate and supervise the preventive and reactive maintenance actions of the facilities of all the company's properties (stores, offices, corners -Corte Inglés- and showrooms) working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – GMAO system.
Analyze, evaluate and address maintenance incidents Management of costs Supervise the coordination of the activities of suppliers Project Management for store closures and small refits Promote the implementation of improvements in your area to guarantee optimal achievement of results.

Minimum of 2 years working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
Basic understanding of construction systems.
A minimum of 2 years working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – CMMS system.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Languages.
Spanish and English.
