Job Role    Planning and Designing Includes.
-Planning end to end capacity of SDH/OTN network to provide backbone connectivity for IP Backbone and Multi-service Platforms inn inventory systems like Mori and Cramer.
-Configuration of Ciena Common Photonic Layer (CPL) in OSS like Cramer using Ciena , CMD44, WSS, MLA.
-Configuration of Packet Optical network using Ciena Core Director, and service aggregation switches.

-Configuration of Optical Transmission Network.
Och, OTU, ODU, ODU-P.
-Configuration of OSRP links between Ciena CD/54xx...
-Supported Juniper MX80, MX480, MX960, PTX5K and MX10K network routers with the Solution Design Document, Hardware infills/removals, Backbone connectivity, peering connectivity and IP transits.
-Used outstanding Implementation and fault-finding skills to BMC remedy accurately and efficiently by raising incident Tickets in the form of CRQs.
-Managed inventory systems to reflect the changes from the incidents.
-Created accurate network diagrams and associated documentation, updating and maintaining according to network evolution for AS Cloud.
-     •Responsible for Maintaining capacity allocation and designing records up to date on SharePoint and inventories like MORI and Cramer •Responsible for arranging field engineer support for physical activities such as installation, patching, cessation and Migration Plan during fiber cut & planned events.
•Support upgrade of network by replacing old end-of-life network equipment’s by new devices.
•Coordinating 3rd Parties like Infinera, Ciena for Field support Equipment’s and network interfaces.
•Weekly Review on projects and new scenarios to get it documented.
•Monthly review on Team performance, KPI’s and new initiatives.
•Should have good exposure to Enterprise environment.
•To work together with other teams of GNED to provide inputs and bring collaboration within team for successful delivery of projects •Stakeholder Management – Priority Request handling, Escalation management.
•Active contribution in driving innovation and change.
