Alibaba International PR team belongs to Alibaba International Group which was incepted in March 2023 following Alibaba Group’s announcement of a new organizational and governance structure known as “1+6+N.” Currently, Alibaba International is one of the six major independently run business groups under Alibaba Group.Alibaba International operates various retail and wholesale platforms to empower brands, merchants and SMEs to serve global buyers and consumers through wide product selection and differentiated customer experiences. The main task of the PR team is to support the local market growth of key business units. Spain is one of the most important markets for the AliExpress business and PR team.Launched in 2010, AliExpress is a B2C e-commerce platform serving consumers in more than 190 countries and regions. Its top buyer markets include Spain, France, the United States, Brazil, South Korea and the Middle East, among others.In addition to the global English-language version, the AliExpress app is also available in 17 other languages, including Portuguese, Spanish and French. AliExpress is dedicated to elevating the consumer experience. In Spain, shoppers can generally expect to receive their purchases within 8-10 days.Job Responsibilities1. Responsible for AliExpress communication in Spain.2. Develop and implement strategic media/stakeholder relations programs to achieve significant increase in positive exposure of the AliExpress brand.3. Collaborate with functional team from overseas and sales team in EU to achieve communication goal.4. To be the main contact for handling local media inquiries.5. Potential risk management and crisis communication.6. Implementing local communications plans and projects.7. Manage the performance of local PR agency.1. Familiar with working across cultures and timezones.2. Strong relationship with local media/Stakeholders in the e-commerce industry.3. Experience of retail/e-commerce PR in the local market.4. Excellent communications skills and experience, strong team player.5. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.（Chinese ability is highly preferred）6. Work experience with world class international or Chinese brands an advantage.
