Position Summary.
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Manager to join our Content Ecosystem team, a dynamic group driving the transformation of how Nestlé manages digital assets across the organization.
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating agile delivery across a complex, multi-squad roadmap aimed at delivering an integrated platform that supports global content operations.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to adapt methodologies to real-world challenges.
You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence.
What you’ll do     Agile Leadership & Facilitation Lead 2–3 agile squads within a 40+ person organization (including internal colleagues and partners).
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.
Act as the lead Agile Delivery Manager in a Scrum of Scrums setup, coordinating with external Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams.
Delivery & Workflow Management Design and implement internal Jira workflows tailored to the team’s needs.
Track and report on velocity, burn-down charts, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Methodology Adaptation Continuously assess and adapt agile methodologies to fit the evolving needs of the platform and teams.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity.
Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders and multiple external suppliers to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure transparency and communication across all levels of the organization.

Minimum qualifications.
Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as Agile Delivery Manager in complex, multi-team environments.
Proven experience leading Scrum of Scrums or similar scaled agile frameworks.
Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
Experience working with SaaS products which are being extended.
Skills Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian DevOps tools.
Proficiency in agile reporting and dashboarding.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to adapt frameworks and practices to suit team and organizational realities.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Certifications (Preferred) Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
Nice to Have Experience working in MarTech, Content Tech, or Agentic AI environments.
Experience with DAM, Content Hub.
