Leading a team of 7 people Admistration Manager is the role who drives the departament which is the responsible for invoicing, securing payments, Maintenance Agreement renewals, dealing with Sales orders issues (regarding invoicing) and support the business OPEX departments.
Reporting to the country Industrial Service manager.
Main Responisibilities 1.
Working team leader for our Administration Department, the administration manager is the person responsible for securing to fulfil all the KPI´s targets regarding invocing, renewals, order issues, payment due date,...

The Administration team interacts with all our operational and commercial teams, an it's part of it's responsibility to ensure a good cooperation in order to achieve an efficient end-to-end process from Sales to invoicing.

Maintaining customer master data, and open new customer accounts in our systems.

Area of responsibility.
Spain and Portugal.
Job Requirements • Education (desired University degree, or similar formal education in Accounting and Administration) • Additional knowledge required.
basic in finances.

• Languages.
English, Spanish.
Portuguese will be appreciated.
