ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST FRENCH SPEAKER

As a C2C (Credit to Cash) specialist you will be playing a crucial role in managing the AR & Credit process of our customers. The position involves the coordination of tasks within the sales teams and the customer service team being the pivotal part within the financial department taking care of the receivables. As a department C2C currently manages two regions (Europe & Americas), therefore we will require strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively supporting the sales cycle and financial operations and it contributing to the overall success of the organization.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESApply incoming cash to outstanding invoices manually or by enhancing Autobank rulesResolve under/overpaymentsResolve incidents with customers about queries and paymentsBuild relationships and credibility with internal and external customersProactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, based on policies and procedures defined by the companyEnsure proper financial measures for collectionsAddress insolvencies according to company policies and proceduresCarry out the reconciliation of customer accounts when requiredBe in charge of providing support in accounting closingsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank, Salesforce, and Smarteye) is a plusExperience with automation of credit to cash process between different toolsStrong and clear communicationDetail & solution-oriented personFluent in English (B2) good command of both oral & written and good level of FrenchWHAT WE OFFER?50% Hybrid work modelCareer development with wide access to professional development tools and trainingsPossibility to take part and acquire experience with internal projects for process improvement.Language lessons in companyTicket restaurant30 labor days of holidaysMedical insurance 50% subsided by the company for employees and the possibility to integrate family members at a very good price.Open and modern office environmentInternational environment with more than 25 different nationalities
