Collections Management Iberia Collaborate daily with GBS (Financial shared services) team responsible in HQ for AR accounting IBERIA Monitoring of debt to avoid overdue payments Manages and resolves customer disputes to ensure invoices are paid on time and in full Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
Reviewing blocked orders within a given timescale and initiating follow up with the relevant parties.
