What will my functions be? Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
Mantain accured records and documentation.
General Ledger Maintenance.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsft ERP Business Central).
erform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.
Bank Reconciliation.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
onitor and track bank transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Process invoices and payments.
econcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Financial Reporting.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Annual Accounts and Official Books.
Assist in the preparation of official accounting books.
Assist in Tax Preparation.
Assist in preparing documentation for tax returns.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
