Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction.
You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.

uild strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.

nalyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and make an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
ecognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
ou will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.
our Profile You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational SkillsYou are tech-savvy.
ou have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) minimum 1 year.
xperience with the SaaS environment is a plus.
ou have excellent communication skills and empathy.
ou are good at multitasking, problem solving and great team worker.
ou are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
ou have previous experience dealing with churn cases (retention).
ou have done upselling.
ou have worked through KPIA proficient level of Spanish is required \u professional English.

ave 1/2 years experience as a Sales Channel Manager at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
ou are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
