As an  Account Manager  on our team, you will.
- Field support tickets     - Triage customer questions on application status, exceptions, and reevaluations    - Rectify credit issuance and billing issues    - Provide program overview and proper routing to Google FTEs regarding field questions  Your qualifications      We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
