Covering the range from coaching individual Account Managers employees to creating high class enablement programs.
The primary focus is to drive the execution of the AM playbook through AM onboarding programs, trainings and coachings focused on improving the performance of AMs.
As an AM expert, the person also supports pro-actively the leaders in increasing business performance.

Ensuring application of Playbook by the AMs teams with trainings, coachings and knowledge checks Supporting Playbook improvement through best practices Execution and continuous improvement of onboarding programs Execution of AM trainings and bootcamps for different target groups Individual coaching of AM employees Best practices sharing throughout teams Identification of general and individual training needs Development of new learning concepts which cover business needs Creation of training materials Coordinating training resources Measuring learning success Intense cross-unit collaboration and support of leaders Great stakeholder management Ideal person sought.
xpertise in managing / coaching or training an Account Managers teamExperience in strategic, commercial and long-term support as weel as development of a defined customer portfolioNegotiation skillsRetention skillConstruction training / Learning Path / E-learningLevel C2 or C1 in english (it’s the official language inside Trusted Shops and the recruitment process will be in English.
