Main responsabilities.
Organising the restaurant's mise en place; Cleaning equipment and tables; Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge; Handling the bill and the till (if required); Handling dishes at the buffet (if present); Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone; Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen;
