Delivering 60 - 90 minutes yoga sessions − Customizing sessions to best meet clients’ needs − Educating clients on correct alignment while providing modifications for posture − At the beginning and throughout the class, explaining the clients the importance and meaning of pranayama − Giving educations on the importance of anatomical correctness of given poses − Helping them to relax and ease their minds throughout the class by focusing on felt sensations, breathwork, intentions − Making sure to keep their attention in the present and in focus − Offering alternatives and guides to make sure that sessions and positions are done correctly and safely − Maintaining positive relationship with clients to encourage continues class attendance and support their growth − Maintaining professional appearance at all times − Creating excellent client experience throughout the whole class, session − Demonstrating practice and techniques − Leading clients through breathwork and meditation − Helping clients to become the best version of themselves inside and outside − Guiding clients into meditative state − Assisting them to better their life with the help of yoga, and mindfulness teaching
