Reporting to the Project Control Department Manager of this EPC Company, duties include:
Achievements:
	“South Ghawar Gas Separation Plant & Facilities” EPC Proposal Estimate requiring the coordination of BMBQ, Itemised Risks, Allowances and Q&A item Cost Impact evaluation. Delivered 95% Greenfield with 5% Brownfield (Tie-ins with Haradh Plant) 
	“Modified Cost Reimbursable (MCR) contract with Petro Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical”. Estimated Man-hours rate list, basis of Open Book Estimates of EPC projects to Total Complex Shutdown TCS 2020
	Developed and updated 19 BMBQ indexes based on historical records to improve the accuracy of OME’s (Phase I of in-house plan completed) of which 4 were presented at the July Cost Engineering Summit in Yokohama Japan while Phase II (WBS-wise) has started data consolidation

Reporting to the Technical Design Section Head, duties include:
Achievements:
	Endorsed 23 Change Orders above $1M each for the Petro Rabigh Phase II Expansion Project
	Utilised AACEI and Aramco SAEP-25 practices to redesign cost estimation protocols, fresh formats, and workflow diagrams to support organisational strategies
	Headed a team of three Cost Estimators to estimate costs totalling $520M in 3 years and categorised 696 costs for the corporate planning department
	Led the Estimation Team in delivering a Lessons Learnt workshop to reduce Constructability issues

Reporting to the Director of Projects of EPC Transnational based on Sedalia USA, duties include:
•	Leading the contract pertaining to La Raisa Project Power Plant, realising 63% of the pending items
•	Preparing the contractual transmittal of pertaining matters for the Client
•	Preparing reports incl. cost estimation reports for the Director of Project to support decision making 
•	Leading the completion of Punch List items to reach final milestones during the closure of the project
•	Reviewing and selecting the Subcontractor’s commercial proposal to ensure it stays under budget
•	Approving POs in Req Logic as the Site Manager and following up materials and equipment requisitions
•	Increasing awareness and ensuring team and Subcontractors comply with HSE requirements
Achievements:
	Supported the Director of Projects in chairing meetings, streamlining Change Orders and Back charge negotiations, and attaining approvals
	 Selected by Senior Management to represent the company and inform the Client at progress meetings
	Oversaw Change Orders and Back Charges to achieve operational efficiency

Reporting to the Project Control, Estimations and Subcontracting Manager of EPC Transnational based on Sedalia USA, duties include:
•	Directing a multidisciplinary team of five tasked with reviewing construction drawings to guide cost allocations among different projects since one project delivered to another
•	Participating at meetings with Senior Management, the Director of Projects, and the Subcontractor’s negotiator to address project progress	
Achievements:
	Identified, submitted, and negotiated cost estimates and thirty-nine Change Orders (5 MMUS$) including Time Delays Claims estimation and submission to the Client.  
     Performing cost estimation, cost control, quantity surveying and contract administration for the construction of the simple cycle power plants: El Furrial, Guarenas I & II, Morichal and Barinas (92 MMUS$)
	Delivered monthly cost reports and code Req Logic cost accounts for the construction of Guarenas, Margarita, CVG, El Furrial, Morichal y Barinas Power Plants
	Headed a team of four conducting internal audits for the closing of a time and material contract with a major Subcontractor in Guarenas and La Raisa Project Construction, resulting in 1.6 MMUS$ to be back charged to the main Subcontractor
