Ui/ux designer (english)

•  As part of the Marketing, and Tech teams, I was responsible for designing and developing personalized and customizable Product and Payment interfaces. We worked following the Agile Scrum methodology.

•  In charge of integrating the Payment experience with the Clients' Products, I provided the Users with a consistent experience, with a strong focus on increasing the Conversion rate.

•  Optimized the User interfaces, based on competitive benchmarking, AB & multivariate testing through the company's AI, data analysis, and User Experience research (creating Personas, User Journeys, and Mock-ups).

•  Managed the Front-end repository (500+ web pages), its visual content, Marketing texts, and back-office configuration of Clients' accounts –related to the User interfaces).

•  Revamped the Reporting Product User interface (Data visualization tool) and contributed to its development.

•  Designed graphics and performed basic video editing for the Clients' User interfaces, Marketing material, and social media.

•  Migrated the Front-End repository from the old to the new platform. Collaborated in the development of the internal CMS. Performed Front-End integration QA.
