Operations management of the company specializing in SABRE. Working with small and large client
groups for corporate retreats as well as personal vacations. Assisting in the day to day travel agency operations.

Organizing meetings with corporate clients as well as prospective partners. Managing events at our partners locations, motivating the office team, assisting in HR matters and customer service. Working in tandem with the Sales department to acquire new travel agencies and freelance partnerships.
In an operations management capacity, working with freelance exchanges, refunds, troubleshooting SABRE and organizing weekly meeting with our partners i.e., hotels, car rental companies, airlines etc. Updating freelances with new regulations, IATA calendar and other industry developments.
