 As the Flagship store manager (and the only free standing store store manager in Spain) I’m in 
charge of providing management and product training to new UD store managers
 In charge of implementing the UD PRO project (special program for Makeup artists only)
by visiting Makeup Schools and making presentations
 Daily and Monthly reports. Analyze sales and makeup artists performances and make forecasts
 Develop business strategies in collaboration with other departments (Communication and PR, 
Marketing, Education, Logistics)
 Managing stock. Inventory twice a year. Transfers.
 Organization of special promotions and events ( including staff recruiting, coordination of event 
promoters, Makeup artists and bloggers, design of special looks with costumes and 
outstanding makeups).
 Awareness of makeup market trends in retail industry.
