In 4 years I have rised the property value from 2M Eur (purchase) to 6,5M Eur (exit)
I have converted average standard large property, into the luxury 12 bedrooms staffed villa with almost full occupation and successfully finished exit strategy in 5 years from purchase sell it. 
Sourcing clients for weekly rentals, online & offline promotion. 
Day to day management of property, cleaning staff, technical staff, clients check-in and checkouts and on side support. Handling the calendar and reservation system, promotion of the property online/offline, visits with clients and agents.
Upgrades of the property, coordination of renovations and supplier selection. Implementing guests comments. Redesigning the place. Purchases for the property.

Where I have proved my skills in luxury real estate market.
I have establish in very short time strong and wide selection of luxury villas. And from nothing we rise to top 3 luxury rental companies on Ibiza after first 2 years of establishing, due to innovative marketing and my networking skills. 
I have controlled the operations from the first contact with client to the checkout and follow up on client,, including the concierge service during the clients stay.
My main tasks during the winter season were, capturing more properties to portfolio, updating online presence, clients and contacts database management, responding on new requests and holding communication with clients. 
During the summer season check-ins and checkouts and on side support of the client, full concierge service. All year round, communicate with sales team, coordinating the concierge and rest of the summer team, running weekly and monthly KPIs, reported to the owners of company and updating calendar of occupancy per each property.
