Swap + Turnkey Project. 
Responsibilities 
• Responsible for Microwave Configuration, Troubleshooting, Software and 
Hardware up gradation.
• Supervise and responsible for cutover of Microwave from Ericson to Huawei RTN 
900.
• Managing Huawei NMS Software U2000.
• Responsible for Microwave network deployment and cutover activities.
• Responsible for commissioning and integration of Microwave RTN 900 and 1+0, 
1+1(HSB, SD, FD), and XPIC Configuration.
• Responsible for LOS and TSS survey for urgent sites.
• Responsible for Quality standards and make a spot visit to check quality of sites 
as per standard quality checklist.
• Train all contractor and site engineers about Microwave on site configurations 
and integration.
• Conduct meetings with customer teams to solve technical problems related to 
transmission backbones.
• Responsible for Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) with Customer Team (Airtel
Congo).
• Hands on experience of Huawei tools, Handy tool, T2000, U2000, WebLct, Optix 
Navigator, Mapinfo, and Pathlos.
• For update of daily site acceptance plan tracker and forward to customer.
