- Manage and support the effective use of processes and tools within portfolios, programmes and projects for several business areas. 
- Define and maintain best practice processes with quality, consistency and control to support continued improvement.
- Guide and direct PMs within the agreed Governance framework, leading the agreed approval flow, requirements, implementations and closure of projects and programs.
- Provide consolidated reporting to manage programs and projects approvals and monitoring. 

- Plan, scope, resource and implement planned weekly & monthly releases for all the entire business areas.
- Plan, coordinate, support, and report on test execution activities and test fix activities for every single and major implementation in scope.
- Elaborate & keep updated all the required documentation and processes in the project under the ACN requisites.
- Manage the support of project team members for each release and also the knowledge transfer to new team members in other locations.
- Support Solution Lead, Project Managers and Application Maintenance teams to address solution for their specific delivery issues.
- Report to the business and stakeholders keeping them updated about cutover, go-lives and implementation issues resolved.
- Assist in design & implementation of a new organizational model requested to manage releases and new changes through the landscape in business' environments. 
- Manage with success training sessions in order to understand and accept the new proposed model inside the client.
