Technical lead

I am responsible for the service provided by Quality Engineers in Argentina and Brazil (team of 11 employees).  Coordinate quality activities with other 3 regions (NA/EU/AP).  Status report to upper management. Help to define new tools and techniques for the service we provide.
Tools: Agile (Scrum/SAFe), PO, manage people

Responsible for Activities include defining testing strategy, coordinate testing, gathering test cases, defect management, metrics, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, testing automation with Selenium and few experience in TOSCA 
Tools: C#, NUnit, Selenium, TOSCA, TFS/ODA, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Power BI, Mulesoft (Unit testing)

Gather business requirements, estimate time and cost, develop and implement web solutions, manual test and business testing coordination.
