Technical engineer - ventilated facades

Participation in the role of technical consultant in different phases of the project for the design and installation of Ventilated facade systems using Porcelain Gres, Marble, GRC and Fiber cement panels, for buildings with mainly residential and commercial uses in compliance with the current legislation.

Main responsibilities:

- Project management and supervision of the internal working team
- Coordination with the other disciplines involved in the project internal and external
- Preparation of drawings, technical reports, technical specifications, due diligences
- Preparation of thermal analysis of the façade for the assessment of the overall performance of the building
- Assisting BIM development for the Façade system in the SME
- Site visits and production centers, supervision of tests on the performance of the façade elements
- Work with the team in preparing tender documents
- Participation in project meetings
- Head of the team for the adoption and monitoring of the internal project management system
- Perform structural analysis and design of ventilated façade and field equipment including load determination, frame analysis, FEA, connections and anchorages for Ventilated Façade projects
- Provide technical support for production modeling, shop activities, and field activities
- Review drawings, calculations, material datasheets for compliance with building codes, project specifications, and company standards

Main responsibilities:

- Managed part of Construction of Overhead water tank and pipelines
- Setting out sites, undertaking surveys, Overseeing building work
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensuring that health, safety, sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
