•	Identify needs of worforce for short and medium term projects and operations, and allocate staff (national or international) for all Mexico´s Well Testing operations.  
•	Manage employees´schedule for compensation cost evaluation and productivity analysis.  
•	Assign safety training to fulfill client´s contractual requirements. 
•	Create strategies for workforce optimization by using cross segment employees, multitask operations, and on-site trainings.
•	Coordinate employee’s logistics, accomodation and work permits.

•	Successful project development, in 3 months term, of de-bottle necking project in the Gulf of Mexico. 
•	In charge of process plant design and layout, equipment preparation, materials and crew selection, coordinate logistics, suppliers, liaise with client representatives and project documentation. 

•	Accountable of a continuous production operation in the FPSO Crystal Ocean/ Blue Phoenix in the Gulf of Mexico.  
•	Keep preventive maintenance activities up to date and loaded into AMOS system. 
•	Supervise HSE activities and ensure the follow-up of regulations and procedures. 
•	Responsible of production´s plant major maintenance in 2015 and accomplish full commissioning and successful first oil in process plant. 
•	Update inventory in a monthly basis, request products and materials and arrange logistics. 
•	Lead a crew of 15 people; provide coaching and on-time performance appraisals. 

•	Commissioning of FPSO Crystal Ocean in Singapore and preparation to start operations in Gulf of Mexico. 
•	Control and monitor production operations using a computer based interface (Wonderware) and data acquisition systems, keeping logs updated and report making. 

Design, preparation and execution of well testing operations (conventional well test and multiphase metering) for exploration and production offshore operations. 

Excellence Scholarship and Honorable Mention. Oriented to conservation of natural resources and focused on geo-referred information systems and remote sensing.
