-Structural analysis (Static and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance) from A350XWB-900/-1000 slats and A220-300 Fixed Leading Edge in Sonaca for Airbus Operations. -Certification of new loop loads and configurations as well as non-conformity reviews (NCR) and failure modes. -Work with SONIA and Nastran/Patran program for modelling design, load inputs, generation, processing, post-process, display and results presentation -Work with CATIA program for FEM remeshing. -Non-linear analyses using con Nastran/Patran (SOL106) ; FEM model modification such as Load factors, Non-Linear stiffness curve in fasteners , elastoplastic material... -Study and analysis of all joints in A220-300 leading edge components. Mitigations carried out where needed (load redistribution, improvement of allowables...) -7 months working in Customer installations (Belgium). After that, working for them in Madrid Offices.
