In charge of both the technical and the billing system merge and integration of over 20 000 B2B customers and their managed service configuration to fit on our company's adapted platforms. Coordinating with relevant departments from the testing phases to launch. Awarded for this very successful migration. Worked 2 years as a team leader for a technical level 2 team, in charge of 6 people. And one year as Service Migration Manager.

Networks security and server admin duties. Advising and resolving customer and internal issues on the end-users windows configuration. Tasked with doing training and mentoring the new starters and reviewing and writing processes. 

Provided second-level technical support on a macintosh configured environment for specific end users, a wide range of support.
