Some of my duties
	Work in the Barcelona Technological Delivery Centre (BCN TDC-most of the Application Team) in a very diverse/multi-cultural team (more than 48 nationalities). Around 90% of my work is done in English.
	SAP Senior BW Consultant for many internal financial customers all around the world. This very personal oriented service includes travelling to Zürich offices (Switzerland) 4 times/year to review service status (Finance plan/forecast/actuals -cost of the service-, SLAs, OLAs, customized KPIs, Incident & Change Management, Projects, BAU, plans for the future, etc.). 
o	That’s why I started to learn German until COVID situation changed company trip policy
	Team Lead/Project Manager/Data Architect for SAP BW & BW4Hana developments (among 2-10 people in charge).
o	Main focus on be a data driven company.
o	We started the SAP BW4Hana migration of all our Financial SAP BW Applications 2 years ago. We have a mix approach between brown and green field depending on the application characteristic. 
o	We keep the old and the new development running in parallel for long time in order to check figures during at least 1-year, to cover all casuistic. 
o	Considering the number of applications, we are currently in the middle of the migration path. We run the migration project and manage the posterior maintenance mode.
	Coach for my team (Subject Matter Experts -SMEs-)
o	Train/follow up/prepare them to get the level of service we provide and to be able to support the most applications they can (technical knowledge).
	Mentor for other employees outside of my department who requested me due to my references (I currently have 2 mentee)
	Reviewer of solution proposals/data modeler creator.
	Occasional trips to Bratislava (Slovak) TDC where most of the Platform Team is located.

Success Stories
	I led the Six Sigma/Zurich Lean Green Belt Project -1000 hs/12 people project/55 Business Units from all around the world- to get a strong reduction on SAP BWR server usability (and therefore a big increase in performance) with a deep/complete remodelling of previously Business Unit oriented (silos) data models with a semantically Partitioned Objects (SPO) + pruning techniques. 
o	Results: Before -> server usability 100% / After -> 50% (avg). 
o	Impact: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction, around 700K/year. 
	Strong reduction of Maintenance Team Costs due to Continuous Improvement Methodology implementation on Financial Hard Closes. Before 100 calls vs less than 20 calls after 1-year implementation, around 100K annually.
o	Lean Methodology + Continuous Improvement as a mindset are embed on my daily work.
	Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ITIL Change & Release Management to adapt old corporative procedures to new way of working (Shared Platforms)
o	Participation in the Atlassian-Jira deployment project.
o	Deliver the new tool to all my diverse customers/casuistic.

	Company decided to replace old ERP with SAP. Complete data modelling/reporting redefinition with internal customers plus other stakeholder -> 2 years project, 3 people from SAP BW side. I started as a consultant, then I became the Team Lead.
	Afterwards, keep track of maintenance mode, besides small new projects.
	Occasional trips to Hackett offices located in London (England).

Success Stories
	Delivering (full cycle development) the whole reporting tool without impacting the business.
	Manage expectation to change from people very used to worked with the old ERP solution and not especially keen on new technologies (for example accessing KPI’s through mobile devices).
	Communication/getting agreement with all very diverse stakeholders.
