Project 1 – Basic Ventilator System

 Interfacing , testing and development of firmware for I2C communication protocol between SFM4200 Sensirion flow sensor and Atmega2560 based microcontroller for measuring Tidal Volume.
 Development of different models of ventilator system depending on industry requirements and quality assurance of developed products.
 Testing and interfacing Cirrus OS1 oxygen sensor with microcontroller for measurement of oxygen levels of the ventilator
 HMI development for the ventilator to ensure hassle-free interaction with the machine.
 Implementing PID control mechanism with the MCU for effective control of ventilator modes.
 Interfacing NRF24L01 with Arduino for wireless communication among different modules.
 Implementing FreeRTOS based task switching of the ventilator system by reducing interrupt latency.
 Development of differential pressure system using sensors and interfacing it with Arduino Uno, and data processing for measuring airflow rate.
 Testing differential pressure using MPX5100dp pressure sensor for measuring airflow rate and MEMs based AS-21 pressure sensor for measuring static pressure.

Project 2 – IoT campus surveillance system
 Development of LoRaWAN enabled GPS tracking device using NodeMCU, NEO-6M Ublox GPS module and LoRa module for IoT based worker management.
 Test and implementation of communication between two nodes of NodeMCU using LoRa-02 module
 Data visualisation and analysis of live GPS tracking data over cloud.
Project 3 – Smart Trolley
 Testing of UART protocol between Barcode scanner module with ESP32 and NodeMCU
 Responsible for test and implementation of MQTT protocol by the creation of publisher, subscriber nodes and Mosquitto broker using ESP32 with sensors
 Involved in code development for automating the publishing of sensor data over MQTT protocol in Real-time Database of Google Firebase
 Creating technical documentation of test data and procedures involved for system testing and SDLC
 Handling Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 instance-based Ubuntu terminal for publishing sensor data from the local computer
