- Responsible for the identification of needs within the company regarding training and development in Latin America.
- Develop training programs for employee behavioral and competency development for Latin America, in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Integrated Learning Platform Regional Admin, coordinating with other Regional Admins in Hilti Group from North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Deliver training programs in Spanish and Portuguese for México, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and other countries
- Develop training calendar for face to face training sessions.
- Master Trainer for Construction Services Trainers.
- Responsible for business results reports of trained people.
- Follow-up of training programs quality 
- Responsible for creating training materials, including, among others, gaming, activities, and presentations.
I had a principal role in the design and implementation of Sales Competency Development, a blended program (online and face to face training) for New Joiners. Its purpose was to help them develop their accounts sustainably and strengthen customer engagement, increasing productivity, reducing personnel turnover rate.

- Identify the most significant investments in the construction industry in Buenos Aires and Cordoba (Argentina).
- Responsible for account development of technical offices and engineering accounts, increasing productivity of technical BUs.
- Provide engaging Technical Seminars for customers and salesforce.

Within the development of different specifier accounts, the most significant achievements were Metrovias and ADIF.  I was the first Field Engineer at Hilti Argentina to work with these accounts.
Metrovias became an engaged specifier, Hilti’s anchor calculation software was installed in all its technical offices, creating a constant amount of specifications. At the same time, it was possible to standardize the Hilti system for the signaling of its roads, having direct contact with decision-makers.
In ADIF, several contact points and several specifications were achieved, reaching the business target of regular sales.

The principal responsibility was the coordination of several contractors: Main Contractor, Thermal Installation, Sanitary Installation, Curtain Wall Installation, Electrical Installation, etc. Protecting the interests of the investor and ensuring the construction quality and proper terminations.
It was necessary to negotiate with the different stakeholders, at all levels, involved to achieve this. 

I oversaw executive documentation of single-family residences projects in collaboration with Mathias Klotz Study, which is a reference in contemporary architectural design in Chile.
