Digital transformation of the purchasing process, forming part of the steering committee for the creation and implementation of the designated software system -Approval, Monitoring, Certifications, +87% of the active suppliers registered with 100% complying the registration system.
Deployment of the electronic invoicing and ordering model, integrating them through SAP with the B2B suppliers. Generating synergies between companies, optimizing the shipment of goods, digitizing 100% of the billing process. Optimizing the entire process reducing incident in deliveries, billing and payment issues.

Annual Purchase Volume +150m€ and +500 suppliers (world wide)

Centralization of Food and Beverages, eliminating direct deliveries - improving delivery processes in the restaurants. Change in the model, 85% of all direct deliveries moved into the central warehouse improving KPI´s, service issues and quality & duration of the perishables. 
Families included in this scope - cleaning chemicals, fruit and vegetables in the 1º and RTE ranges and beverages.

Corporate Purchasing 
Fleet management - Management and development of the policy defined by HR and the purchasing policy - Control of expenditure and change in the management model of renting and insurance +140 vehicles. Improvements obtained of +100,000 €

VIPS convenience stores, 33 stores in Spain, carrying out the purchases and category management for food and beverages families, definition of assortments, promotions for this division. Leader and pioneer in the convenience market segment up to its closure.

INTERNATIONAL BRANDS GRUPO VIPS,

TGI Fridays, responsible for purchasing development and brand evolution in Spain since its expansion, 2005. Leading the unification of suppliers with TGI International in the EMEA and MENA markets, leading the project of RTE range - private label products.

Responsible for the coordination and project management for the full Roll Out of the WAGAMAMA brand in Spain. Defining the purchasing model and deployment of the necessary elements for the opening, Serrano 41, record sales in client’s for a new opening comparable to UAE Dubai Shopping Mall.

Responsible for the product strategy, and implementing the purchases for Starbucks France and Spain defining the product range. Reporting directly the leadership team.
