· Definition and estimation of cost & time for new products including: BOM, manufacturing process, direct and indirect labor, D&D, specific and generic investment.
· Business case analysis.
· Benchmarking of new technologies and processes.
· Change management and impact evaluation for products in launch phase.
· Lead the RFQ committee composed by KAMs, purchasing and product department. Offers management, ensuring quotations are provided on time to customers.

· Development and deployment of new working methodology within sales department. Updated templates and procedures were released and training provided to involved departments. This assisted in decision-making at top management level concerning new business acquisition and improved department performance.

· Key person since request for quotation phase up to the industrialization and start of production.
· Manage and control project KPIs: profitability, quality, cost and timing.
· Conduct shop floor project activities such as trial runs, Run@Rate, product and process validation.
· Multidisciplinary team management (purchasing, logistics, quality, industrial and manufacturing), ensuring timing scenario to achieve internal and customer milestones.
. Identify deviations from project baseline, proposing preventive/corrective action plans accordingly.
· Manage communication with customers and top management on project development progress.
· Support on sourcing and launching equipment / tooling for new manufacturing lines and processes.
· Manage the PPAP file, the acceptance and prototype / pre-serial parts deliveries to customers.
· Projects budget & CAPEX definition and controlling.

· Assuring new purchased products comply with quality, cost and delivery (time) specifications.
· Define and control communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers.
· Support logistics and quality solving problems with suppliers.
· Ensure materials/components procurement in the very first project phases.
