Project:  Application Management Services for Valencian Government - Payrolls Public Sector System
Functions:
▪	Coordinate and ensure compliance with the conditions of service provision and activities
of knowledge and quality management.
▪	Coordinate and guarantee compliance with the continuous training activities necessary to
all members of the offered team (technical and functional training).
▪	Propose and ensure the execution of continuous improvement lines.
▪	Guarantee that the solution proposals to any DGTIC service request are analyzed and
focus effectively and according to the model.
▪	Direct and coordinate the monitoring of the execution of the contracted services, ensuring that they are complete according to the agreed deadlines and quality.
▪	Control and follow up of project’s ANS.
▪	Guarantee that the deliveries committed to the DGTIC are made with the appropriate quality, attending to the specific quality standards and commitments agreed upon for the delivery itself.
▪	Check that the draft invoice (service certificate) conforms to the services delivered to the DGTIC
and accepted by it.
▪	Participate in the corresponding monitoring committees.
▪	Guarantee the availability of additional capacity necessary for adequate attention to Projects.

Project: Support SAP - Modules Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Business Warehouse and Public Contracting 
Functions:
▪	Conduct meetings with the client for the definition and scope of the project.
▪	Establish work methodologies and follow-up of team tasks.
▪	Evaluate, define and control the risk management of the project.
▪	Carry out economic control of the project. Preparation of monthly reports and control of project revenue.
▪	Evaluate the performance of the professionals in their charge.
▪	Control and follow up of project’s ANS.
▪	Economic Responsible of 18.000 annual hours managing up to 14 people.
