Responsible of full shipyard facilities and activities including two 1200T Slip Ways, 150T Travelift and twelve berthing spaces for vessels up to 60m, sworking teams and works. Planning, coordinate and supervising daily movements and personal works to provide corresponding resources in the on-going shipyard projects. Ensure the successful delivery of company projects on time, cost, and quality. Supervising full-cycle project development from initial customer proposal to final acceptance test. Oversee all aspects of multiple projects using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes, coordinates with sales, engineering and Project Managers team production to define the scope of work for assigned projects and develop initial project plan, including initial schedule, cost budget, resource budget and associated forecasting. In conjunction with Shipyard General Manager define future strategy and planning.

On behalf of Owners, located in the refit centre of the Mediterranean, Palma Mallorca, responsible of condition appraisal, progress reports, shipyard booking, Work List preparation and Programmes on Customised Database, budget preparation, and financial monitoring, contractor selection and contract negotiations. Monitoring contractor’s work to ensure timely quality of serviced, regularly report on the progress and financial status of the refit. Responsible of new aluminium yachts production, supervising the design, execution and quality in order to ensure that the contracts objectives of budget, standards and are achieved. Dealing with ships owners, classification societies inspectors, and in charge of coordination 80 people production team plus external companies.

Responsible team leader of four Project Managers, supervising the different projects execution in order to ensure that the initial objectives of cost, time and scope have been achieved. Dealing with ships owners, companies, technical supervisor, building shipyard in order to reach maximum objectives of each project. Dealing with ship-owners and responsible of project costs.
