Focused on meeting the projects' needs looking for long-term benefits for stakeholders. Strategy definition by employing knowledge and experience to develop solutions also by mentoring others. ORM focused, contributing to establish plans during project execution. Main projects being involved:
•	EQUINOR. Empire Wind Project (US). Transportation and Installation of 50 Gravity Based Foundations and Offshore Substation proposal. Tendering works within the EQUINOR bidding process for Client New York State (US). The strategy included ORM + WBS development, seabed preparation and transportation + installation of the GBF and OSS. 
•	ADNOC. Dredging + Reclamation for Hail and Ghasha Artificial Island Project (UAE).
•	EQUINOR Hywind Tampen Project (Norway). FEED. 11 Floating Wind Generators (8 MW/t). Following the successful development of previous Hywind Scotland project, EQUINOR to construct 11 FWG located 140 kilometres from shore between the Snorre and Gullfaks platforms. In close collaboration with Olav Olsen and Ramboll, preparation of the FEED proposal (WBS, MS, ORM, Planning, Material Handling Plan…) to be evaluated by the Client.

Strategy leader of DEME team for an International Arbitration of a project with budget >300m €. Liaison with DEME Legal Department, coordination of site/HQ related activities and responsible for project evidence documentation preparation.

Proposals Manager in Lagos, Nigeria (July 2019 – Feb 2020). Managing the Tender Department. In charge of Business Development activities, liaising with stakeholders and enhancing Clients relations. Responsible of tenders’ strategy development -typically FIDIC-based-, review and submittal; including WBS definition, planning + critical path analysis, ORM, MS and tender documentation management. (e.g., NLNG TRAIN 7, Bonny Island, Nigeria).

·	Multi-Phase Pump proj. Client: Tengizchevroil. Budget (total): > 1.0bn US$. EPC. Location: Tengiz, Kazakhstan. Project Discipline Lead (Civil-Structural-Architectural).
In charge of all CSA project aspects, being responsible for the successful project execution within schedule and budget. Developing CSA organization, staffing, engineering deliveries and day to day operations, also establishing work priorities. 
·	Future Growth / Wellhead Pressure Management proj. Client: Tengizchevroil. Budget: 37.2bn US$. EPC. Location: Tengiz, Kazakhstan. Area Lead engineer. Main activities:
-	Logistics-Contracts-Core Team. CSA coordinator for modules’ transportation analyses.
o	Preparation of CSA civil contracts for 3GP and 3GI. Subcontractors management.
o	Member of CSA Core Team, deciding all relevant departmental aspects for the project.
-	Utilities & Offsites Area Lead; responsible for project execution within schedule and budget.

·	ELEFSIS Refinery Upgrade proj. Client: HELLENIC PETROLEUM. Budget: 1.0bn US$. EPC. Location: Elefsina, Greece. Leading 8 Units: Amine & Sour Water Stripper, BFW/Steam System, Plant and Instrument Air, Fuel Oil and Fuel Gas, Flare and Sulphur Handling. Managing a team of 17.
·	TÜPRAŞ RESID Upgrade proj. Client: TÜPRAŞ. Budget: 2.4bn US$. EPC. Location: Izmit, Turkey. Leading External+Internal Interconnecting Units + Hot Oil Unit. Managing a team of 23.
Main activities in both projects were developing Civil Units organization, including staffing, engineering deliveries, also identifying and providing solutions for deviations. Liaison with clients, vendors and other departments. Supervision of overall Units’ to ensure deadlines and budgets met.

+	Furnaces dept.: Static+dynamic design of 63(+20)m steel stack on 17m concrete structure.
·	CASTELLÓN Refinery proj. Delayed Coker Unit. Client: British Petroleum. Location: Castellón, Spain. Detailed design of coke drums concrete+steel structure. Height: 110m.
·	Gral. Lázaro Cárdenas Refinery Modernisation proj. Topping & Vacuum Combined Unit. Client: PEMEX. Location: Minatitlan, México. Precast concrete suppliers management. Connections supervision. Detailed design of 23m high pipe racks and 50m high structures.
